FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It is best to order a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to your event to get your order on my calendar. The earlier you order, the better chance to get your desired date and allow me time in case special cutters or supplies need to be ordered.

If you need cookies on a short notice (less than 2 weeks), message me as soon as possible. While I can’t guarantee my schedule will be open, I will try to accommodate you.

If I am able to accommodate orders within a 1 week notice, a Rush charge will be added to your order. Please understand that rush orders often require me to rearrange the cookie calendar and/or personal plans in order to make your order happen.

Click on the “Order Request” tab at the top of the page and fill out the form to initiate your order or just to ask questions. I will try to get back to you in 24 – 48 hours with my availability and a quote if needed.

Yes, Inspiration photos are a great way for me to know what you are looking for. These are considered “inspiration” photos, your cookies may not be complete replicas, but will be similar or with the same feel.

*Please note… I do not create cookie themes with drugs, profanity or adult themes.

Each order is custom quoted once details are discussed. Pricing will be quoted depending on size of cookies, amount of colors, complexity of design, metallic details, etc. The standard size cookie is 3-4″… some may be smaller or larger. There is a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies.

Once I send you the final quote for your order, your non-refundable payment is due in order to put it on the calendar. All orders MUST be paid in full before it goes on my calendar to save the date for you.
For orders placed more than $200,  you may pay a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit to hold that date for you. The balance would be due 3 weeks prior to your pick-up date. 

Currently, payments are accepted through Venmo (with a fee) or cash drop off in Forest, VA. (arrangements will be made after your final quote is accepted)
